When employee training programs do fail, it is most often due to the use of a training vendor or consultant that does not use the best teaching practices or deliver the most accurate information. As failed training is a waste of money, it is important to employers to find the best possible online training vendor to teach workers.

Do they offer courses on more than one subject? If the employer needs more custom content down the road, will the vendor be able to incorporate it into any existing online training package that currently exists with that vendor?
